Medical examination established that she died of acute heart failure and signs of sexual assault were found, Khaosod news reports. An autopsy also found toxic levels of alcohol in her blood.

Investigators believe she was dead hours before she was found at Rachadech’s condominium.

Police investigating her death are still struggling to pinpoint exactly the exact timeline of her death.

The medical report indicates that her death happened between 3pm and 7pm. Mr Rachadech said he left the party with “Lunlabelle” at 5pm and arrived at his condo around 6pm.

On Monday, Mr Rachadech reiterated his claim that he didn’t know that “Lunlabelle” was dead said Pol Maj Gen Samrit.

Meanwhile, the Attorney General’s department, said it was still important for the police to prove whether or not Thitima’s drinks were spiked by someone else or whether she was lured with money into drinking that much.

The reason is that these acts would lead to tougher charges against the suspects, including manslaughter and recklessness leading to death.
