Dusit Hotels International, Thailand’s top hotel and property developer, has partnered with PT Komodo Property Management to manage Kaliwatu Residences—Dusit Collection. This exclusive luxury retreat is set in Labuan Bajo on Flores Island, one of Indonesia’s rapidly growing tourist hubs.
This agreement brings Dusit’s first Dusit Collection-branded property to Indonesia, complementing the success of its subsidiary, Elite Havens. Elite Havens is a leader in luxury villa rentals in Bali and Lombok, further expanding Dusit’s regional presence.
Kaliwatu Residences – Dusit Collection is located on the western edge of Flores, just a 10-minute drive from Komodo International Airport and the lively town of Badjo. Badjo acts as the main gateway to Komodo National Park, famous for its Komodo dragons and premier diving spots. Nestled on a hillside, the property offers a tranquil experience with sweeping ocean views, surrounded by untouched natural beauty.
The development will be built in phases, with full completion expected by the second quarter of 2028. Once finished, it will include 63 private villas with plunge pools, 194 modern apartments, and a clubhouse. The clubhouse will feature a restaurant, bars, shops, a gym, a spa, and a rooftop pool.
As part of Dusit’s luxury collection, this new property showcases contemporary European-inspired architecture that blends harmoniously with the surrounding environment. The villas are uniquely designed to integrate with nature, ensuring guests enjoy privacy and a sense of connection to the landscape.
